Splash Park at South Germantown
Location(s): Germantown
The Splash Park at South Germantown Recreation Center is run by Montgomery County Parks. The park features a one-of-a-kind 280-jet water maze, cave with a waterfall, water bucket drops, slide, and spraying animals. Tables, umbrellas, restrooms, changing rooms, and vending machines are available. The Splash Park opens on a partial schedule Memorial Day Weekend and a full schedule in June.

Water Park at Bohrer Park
Location(s): Gaithersburg
The Waterpark at Bohrer Park features slides, pools, and spray jets. The park is open seasonally from Memorial Day through Labor Day weekends. On weekdays the park can be used by Gaithersburg residents, Montgomery County residents and Aquatics members. On weekends and holidays the waterpark is only open to Gaithersburg residents. Admission is $6 for Gaithersburg residents and $12 for MoCo residents.

Sprayground at Rockville Swim and Fitness Center
Location(s): Rockville
The Rockville Swim and Fitness Center has several pool and water options, one of which is the Sprayground, a playground climbing and slide structure with jets and sprays. The outdoor aquatic recreation zones open seasonally on Memorial Day weekend. Daily admission is $7 for Rockville residents and $8 for non-residents.

Sargent Hector Ayala Wheaton/Glenmont Pool
Location(s): Wheaton
The Wheaton/Glenmont pool is run by Montgomery County Recreation and opens seasonally from Memorial Day through Labor Day weekends. The pool features lap lanes, diving boards, a shallow-water leisure pool with kiddie slides, fountains, and sprays, and also is home to an activity pool with two flume slides. There is also a stand-alone tot pool, lawn with shade structures, and a bathhouse.

Sarah Auer Western County Outdoor Pool
Location(s): Poolesville
The Western County pool is run by Montgomery County Recreation and opens seasonally from Memorial Day through Labor Day weekends. The pool features lap lanes, diving boards, a shallow-water leisure pool with kiddie slides, fountains, and sprays, and is also home to an activity pool with two flume slides. There is also a spray splash pad and a bathhouse.

Martin Luther King Jr. Outdoor Pool
Location(s): Silver Spring
The MLK pool is run by Montgomery County Recreation and opens seasonally from Memorial Day through Labor Day weekends. The pool features lap lanes, a diving board, and a leisure pool with a shallow water lagoon with slides, water play features, and a lazy river. There is also a stand-alone tot pool, lawn with shade structures, and a full bathhouse with showers.

Splash Pad at Maryvale Park
Location(s): Rockville
Maryvale Park is run by the City of Rockville and features a splash pad that is open for use in the summer months. The splash park features interactive water sprays and fountains all from ground level on a concrete splash pad. The site is supervised by staff during open hours from 10-6 daily and restrooms are available.

Sprayground at Good Hope Rec Center
Location(s): Silver Spring
Good Hope is a large recreation complex run by MoCo Recreation. In the summer months, an outdoor sprayground is run by center staff. The sprayground features rain poles and ground jets for splashing on a concrete pad and is surrounded by a wall enclosure. The site is supervised by county staff during open hours.

Splash Fountains at
Fair Hill Shops
Location(s): Olney
The fountains at Fair Hill Shops are open May to September for kids to splash in. Fountains turn on at 10am. The splash zone features a large circular paved area with alternating fountain sprays from the ground. The play area is near the edge of a parking lot and is not fenced, but does have seating and large umbrellas.

Spray Park at Chevy Chase Rec Center
Location(s): On the MoCo border in Chevy Chase
The spray park at Chevy Chase Rec Center is run by DC Parks and Rec. The DC spray parks are designed as small outdoor parks with kid-friendly fountains for splashing and play. They are free and open 10am-8pm Memorial Day through Labor Day weekends.
